STOP AND WONDER

Have you ever stopped to wonder
How things come to be
In front of a mirror today I stood
And someone looked back at me

Who is this person I'm looking at
Why is he looking at me
I thought I was much younger
Much younger than what I could see

We wonder where the time goes
It comes and goes so fast
All those memories that we have
Forever they will last

We know it's just a fact of life
That time does pass us by
Might as well just have some fun
That date is etched up in the sky
