Tapashya Das Sinha, an Assistant Trainer (Corporate English & Soft Skills) in the Training and Placement Department at Usha Martin University, Ranchi. Born on 3rd December 1995 in Kolkata, West Bengal, she is the daughter of Mrs. Kakoli Das and Mr. Bikash Das and shares a close bond with her younger sister, Shiksha Das. Tapashya is married to Mr. Animesh Sinha, a corporate professional. Her educational journey began at New Stewart School, Cuttack, Odisha, followed by the completion of her matriculation and intermediate education from Firayalal Public School, Ranchi. Driven by her passion for literature and language, she pursued both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in English from Ranchi University. Further strengthening her academic foundation, she earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from RTC B.Ed. College, Ranchi University. Currently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in English at Usha Martin University. A poet by passion and a thinker by nature, Tapashya has been crafting poetry since her school days. Her writings are distinguished by profound imagination, emotional depth, and unique perspectives on life and society. Through her verses, she invites readers to explore familiar realities through an extraordinary lens. Beyond academics and literature, she is a versatile personality with interests spanning painting, performing arts, and creative expression. An accomplished dancer, singer, actor, playwright, and artist, she has consistently demonstrated excellence across diverse fields. Her professional journey has traversed multiple domains, with education and corporate training remaining at the heart of her career. Widely admired for her motivational abilities, effective communication, and engaging personality, Tapashya inspires learners and audiences alike. Her thoughtful insights, eloquent expression, and dynamic interactions have earned her the admiration of a growing community of followers.
