Oh to be loved
It starts with a look, doesn’t it??
Not a casual glance,
but that sudden, heavy pause
where the whole world just drops its volume.

Oh to be loved like that.
To be the only thing someone sees
in a room full of noise.

To have someone look at you
and you can just feel it—this quiet, electric tether
pulling between your eyes and theirs,
holding you so steady
that you finally forget to be afraid.
